Overview

We assist with the inspection of bonded properties where the client is deceased or in arrears with bond payments. Our tracer will visit the property in question and conduct a full report on the condition of the property with marketable pictures attached and a comprehensive report.

If occupied by the owner, we provide:

Full report on reason for arrears
Acknowledgment of debt (if required)
Debit order signing (if requested)
Payment arrangement discussions
